Sharing A Corner

Inspired by  picture post on one of my Groups.

The summer heat had taken its’ toll on all three men, leaving them simmering with bad humour and about to boil over. Obviously the agreed upon plan to do outside work had been a serious error in judgement from one Top’s point of view.

Once inside, Dennis had ordered his Brats to strip down to their boxers and had sent them to their respective corners in his air-conditioned study while he divested himself of sweaty clothing and cooled down in the kitchen. The objective had been for each of them to think things through so peace would again reign in their household.

Skyy decided something different was called for when he looked over his shoulder at the sound of Dusty furtively making his way across the room to the corner nearest the windows. It made Skyy sad to see his fellow-Brat despondently sitting with his back against the adjoining walls.

Meanwhile, Dennis was relaxing back with a cool drink and having a one sided conversation with Skyy’s pet hamster. “Well, Nugget, I do believe I’ve managed to prevent any physical altercation between my two cranky partners. We were all over-heated by the time the yard was done and they were spitting combative words at each other. Hopefully they’ve made up and are cuddling by now. I don’t think I have the energy to dole out more than this time-out.”

Back in the study, Dennis’ plan was being realized. Crawling over and perching himself in front of the older man, Skyy nestled into Dusty’s embrace and felt the reassuring kisses of love and forgiveness raining down on his neck and shoulders.

They weren’t sure how Den was faring, but here in their little corner of the world a quiet tranquillity had settled over them.

The End
